Molly Husman
DVM / Owner
Dr. Molly Husman is a 2011 graduate of Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, where she did her undergraduate work as well. After graduation, she returned to her native Oakland County to practice small animal medicine. In 2022, Dr. Husman fulfilled her life-long dream of practice ownership when she purchased Brinker Veterinary Hospital. Though Dr. Husman practices in all areas of small animal veterinary medicine, she has a particular love for surgery and dentistry and a drive to create a low-stress environment for both clients and patients.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Husman is usually found enjoying the outdoors with her husband and 2 children. Other days, she is curled up with a good book hiding from them. Dr. Husman and her team at Brinker Veterinary Hospital are excited to be devoted partners in your pet’s journey to lifelong health.

Stephanie
Manager / LVT
Stephanie graduated from Central Michigan University in 2003 with a BA in journalism and psychology, but 10 later years followed her love of animals to Macomb Community College’s Veterinary Technician program, where she graduated in 2006, Stephanie has worked in both general practice and emergency medicine since then and is making the transition “off the floor” to Practice Management. Her professional interests include emergency and internal medicine with a special focus on brachycephalic dogs, as evident by her herd of rescue Pugs. Outside of work with her husband, daughter, Pugs and two Russian tortoises, Stephanie can be found training dogs, watching movies, exploring the outdoors and listening to K-Pop.
